Course Components and Options

  • This prerequisite mini-course establishes a shared foundation for the work you'll undertake in the Transformative Wellbeing for Leaders course(s)

  • The Global Cohort model includes three to four one-hour calls per course, offering valuable support and connection with fellow leaders. These calls are required to earn the certificate. If you choose the self-paced option, you will not have access to Coaching and Connection calls.

  • Each course features a variety of modules and lessons designed to provide maximum impact for busy leaders. You'll engage with content through videos, presentations, readings, and images

  • To support reflection, retention, and growth on your journey, a workbook will guide you through the learning process and enrich your experience.

  • To recognize your commitment to well-being, cohort participants will receive a certificate upon completing the three-course series.
