Sample Audit Process

Kirsten will gather information about your school through conversations or a questionnaire to better understand how to tailor and focus the audit process.

Online and in-person (when possible) research into understanding the strengths and gaps in the foundations of wellbeing will take place to begin the Audit. Document collection, focus groups and conversations, observations and more will complete a holistic picture of the needs at your international school.

Kirsten will take messy and difficult conversations and bring clarity to the needs of the school community. This may include some back and forth from afar to finalize.

Kirsten can offer optional workshops and professional development sessions for staff, leaders, the PTO, local and long-term staff, and more, based on the community's needs. These sessions may focus on personal care topics to support individual wellbeing or on building a culture of collective care to strengthen the school’s support systems.

This combines research and insights to outline realistic and actionable steps for improving school wellbeing. The report will highlight areas of strength, and key areas for growth, with recommendations ranging from low-cost, immediate solutions to those requiring more time and resources

At this stage, the school will begin reviewing the report and recommendations to determine next steps. You’ll also have the option to continue working with Kirsten for support throughout this process.
