How Personal Holistic Coaching looks:

  • We’ll discuss the best program format for your needs. Based on your goals, lifestyle and schedule, we’ll set-up a program that allows you the kind of support you want.

  • I’ll guide you through a simple payment and paperwork process that ensures we are on the same page, and you are officially booked in!

  • We’ll schedule our first session, a 90 minute deep dive. We’ll discuss your barriers, concerns, health history, hopes and goals for your health and wellbeing.

  • Within 48 hours of our Deep Dive, you’ll receive a dynamic, editable action plan to help guide our work.

  • With the action plan reminding and guiding us, we’ll work through the steps to move you toward the drivers seat of your health! The meetings will review the progress of the past two weeks, discuss barriers and pivots, and plan for the upcoming period of time before the next sesion.

  • Throughout the time we work together, you’ll have access to continuous support between sessions through my direct WhatsApp or email.

  • This 90-minute session will dive into your health concerns and goals while helping you organize and optimize your behaviors to refocus on your health. All monthly packages include this refocus, and it is also a helpful stand-alone option to start focusing your lifestyle shifts. Clients who choose this option, have the opportunity to transition to a monthly package (3 or 6 months) for regular check-ins and support to continue the momentum.

    This package includes:

    • A 90-minute One-to-One Coaching Call with me

    • An action plan to guide your next steps

    • 2 weeks of messaging support (email, WhatsApp, etc) to help ensure you stick to the plan!

    Investment: 175 USD

  • This package is for those who feel off track, but generally have a sense of where they want to go. It's an opportunity to determine barriers to optimal wellness, set goals, and find realistic ways to achieve better health.

    This package includes:

    • A 90 minute intake session

    • 5 additional One-to-One Coaching Calls with me (45 min each, 2x/month)

    • An ongoing action plan

    • Support and accountability in reaching your goals

    • E-mail and messenger access to me throughout the journey

    Investment: $600 USD

  • For my current and former clients, customizable maintenance packages allow continued support, accountability, and partnership with occasional check-ins. This option is convenient for those who feel they are on track to adapting positive lifestyle changes through coaching but would appreciate some ongoing accountability and encouragement.

    This package allows us to build on our relationship and work toward a healthier lifestyle. It's available in

    3-6 month options.
