Anytime-viewable video posts and communication available for all time zones.

We start with a commitment form, reflection on identity, self-love, and how to prioritize your own health for the 5 week program and beyond.

Our first topic of focus looks at why we need good self-care practices and HOW to fit it into our busy lives!

This module takes into consideration our dietary preferences, lifestyle, and realistic ways to improve our nutrition.

This week, we discuss how to move our bodies in a way that we enjoy, and that fits into our busy schedules.

We spend time this week working on ways to manage our stress so that we can really enjoy life, and thrive!

As we tweak, enhance and build habits around various areas of our health, we wrap up the work by discussing ways we can sustain these changes and build on them in the future.
