Veggie Burgers

Shopping List:

  • 2 sweet potatos, (extra if you want to roast more for future lunches, salads, sides, or make oven fries!)
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans (other beans will work if needed or preferred)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Brown rice (white rice will work if needed or preferred)
  • cumin
  • (you’ll need some oil and salt as well)

  • bread, buns, wraps or lettuce leaves for eating the burger

  • Sweet or white potatoes for oven fries
