I can’t tell you what came first. My fascination with health and wellness, or my love of travel and adventure.  They have both been knocking at my door most of my life. From having a mother who beautifully manages a chronic disease through diet and lifestyle, to an uncle who made his home in Asia for much of my childhood, at a very young age I was aware of the power of these two elements. It is no surprise that I have found myself now fully immersed in another culture, while working with others to feel their best through nutrition, stress reduction and other holistic health practices.

I can, however, tell you that YOU CAN FEEL BETTER. You don’t need to feel lost or alone.  Your head doesn’t have to spin.  You don’t have to feel guilt or regret about what you’re eating or how you spend your time.  Living overseas as an expat in a third culture, can LEND itself to your health instead of drawing from it. When travel and good health merge, life can be absolutely outstanding.

I’ve learned this while living in:
Nakatsu, Japan; Tbilisi, Georgia; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Bucharest, Romania, Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire…

Take ownership of your health and your life no matter where you live or travel in life.  With each move, trip or transition, learn the foundational elements involved in setting yourself up for success.  Ensure you maximize your experiences by living your most vibrant, energetic life through every journey you take!
